Belle was found at animal control bleeding and smelly.  Her owners turned her in because she has mange and they did not want to treat her.  She is being treated and will be ready for adoption in December.  She is the perfect dog, she is housebroken, good with kids and other dogs - doesnt bark much.  She is very grateful for being saved.
